How do I purchase exams in bulk for my team?

Companies can bulk purchase exam appointment vouchers to distribute to their staff. Unexpired vouchers are used to pay for an exam appointment instead of using a credit card.

Exam appointment voucher purchasing options

Paying by credit card or US bank ACH

A company's first order must be at least 10 vouchers.

Fill in this form to request purchase access. This process will take up to 3 business days. Once approved, you will receive further instructions to access the purchasing system. Vouchers are available immediately at the time of purchase.

Paying by purchase order or invoice

HashiCorp can only process PO/invoices on voucher orders of $5000 and higher. If your company is already a HashiCorp customer, work with your HashiCorp Account representative to order. If you do not have a HashiCorp Account rep please email [e-mail].

Vouchers may not be sold, gifted, or distributed outside of the purchasing organization. They are only to be used by the employees of the purchasing organization. This means we will not process orders for resellers, training organizations, or certification prep classes. Failure to comply with this requirement can result in voiding of purchased vouchers with no warning and banning from future purchases.

Pricing

• $70.50 USD: Associate-level exam appointment vouchers
• $295.00 USD: Professional-level exam appointment vouchers. Pro-level exam appointment vouchers include one free retake if the first attempt’s result is fail.

Legal

One Voucher is good for one online proctored “HashiCorp Certified: Exam” attempt during an available appointment slot. Attempts may result in a pass or fail outcome, but each attempt counts as a Voucher use regardless of the outcome. A “fail” outcome will result in no certification being issued.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for exams during in-person or digital events. Vouchers may not be canceled, are non-refundable, non-assignable, and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer. Vouchers are void if sold or given away outside of the company/person they were issued to.

If the Participant uses a voucher to schedule an exam, HashiCorp reserves the right to share personal information and results with the voucher purchaser.
