How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Reschedule

NEW! To reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment:

1. Log in to the HashiCorp Cloud Engineer Certification Exam Portal.
2. Navigate to the Certiverse platform via the left side menu. 
3. From the Certiverse Exam Dashboard, find your appointment.
4. Select the Reschedule button. 
   • This will take you back through the exam scheduling flow to find a new date and time for your appointment. 

Appointments cannot be rescheduled for more than 60 days after the original appointment date.

Cancel

To cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment:

1. Log in to the HashiCorp Cloud Engineer Certification Exam Portal.
2. Navigate to the Certiverse platform via the left side menu. 
3. From the Certiverse Exam Dashboard, find your appointment.
4. Select the Cancel Booking button.
   • If you paid with a voucher, the value of your voucher will be reinstated, as will its expiration date and any other restrictions.
   • If you paid with a credit card, a refund will be initiated and may take up to 10 business days to process.

If you have an emergency and need to cancel on shorter notice, please submit a ticket to us and provide supporting documentation. We cannot promise your appointment fees will be covered, but we will do our best.
