How do I access my receipt?

To access your receipt/invoice in Certiverse:

1. Navigate to the Certiverse platform via your Exam Portal dashboard.
2. In Certiverse, choose “My Exams” in the upper right.
3. Click the “History” tab.
4. Scroll to the right to download your receipt or invoice from the “Receipt/Invoice” column.

If you purchased your appointment before May 1, 2024, please fill out this form to request a receipt. We will no longer be able to provide receipts for appointments before May 1 after December 31, 2024.
