We are offering onsite certification exam appointments at HashiConf again this year. A free exam appointment onsite is included in your in-person HashiConf registration.
Attendees must be going to HashiConf in person and take their exam appointment onsite during the conference.

How do I schedule an onsite exam at HashiConf?
- Create or log in to your HashiCorp Certifications Exam Portal account.
- Click the HashiConf banner at the top of the dashboard in your Exam Portal.
- Select the exam you wish to take from the left menu.
- Click “Get Started”.
- Follow the prompts to complete the scheduling process.
- Enter your HashiConf confirmation number in the “HashiConf Confirmation Number” field. You can find this in the confirmation email you received after registering for the conference.
- Choose an exam time slot.
How do I reschedule my exam appointment time slot?
You can choose a new time slot up to 24 hours before your exam is scheduled to start. Follow these instructions to cancel your existing appointment. Then, book a new time slot with the instructions above.
Note: you cannot use the "reschedule" feature to change your onsite exam. You must cancel and rebook.
Yes! We are now allowing attendees to schedule up to 2 exams onsite. You must schedule two different exams. You cannot schedule two different appointments for the same exam.
Why can’t I schedule for my preferred time slot?
Each exam time slot has a limited number of spots. If you are not able to book for your preferred time slot, it is likely full.
No, Professional-level exams are only available on October 14. This is because these exams are 4 hours long, and would require missing a significant portion of the conference agenda if offered on the 15th and 16th.
Your onsite exam appointment will be visible in the “My Exams'' dashboard in Certiverse. Follow these instructions to find your dashboard.
