We are offering onsite certification exam appointments for the Terraform and Vault lab-based scenario exams at HashiConf. Multiple-choice Associate-level exams do not require advanced scheduling. Two free exam appointments onsite are included in your in-person HashiConf at IBM TechXchange registration*.

*These free appointments are only available onsite for attendees of IBM TechXchange physically in Atlanta. Remote attendees are ineligible.
FAQs
How do I schedule an onsite lab-based exam appointment at HashiConf?
Only the Terraform and Vault lab-based exams must be scheduled in advance. All other exams offered onsite require no advanced scheduling.
- Create or log in to your HashiCorp Certifications Exam Portal account.
- Click the HashiConf banner at the top of the dashboard in your Exam Portal.
- Select the exam you wish to take from the left menu.
- Follow the prompts to complete the scheduling process.
Can I reschedule my lab-based exam appointment time?
You must cancel and rebook. You can choose a new time slot up to 48 hours before your exam is scheduled to start. Follow these these instructions to cancel your existing appointment. Book an available time slot using the instructions above. Appointment seats are limited, once they're taken we cannot guarantee additional spots.
Can I take more than one exam onsite at the conference?
Your in-person conference attendance comes with two free exam attempts*. Lab-based exams are only offered on Monday, October 26 and must be scheduled in advance. Multiple-choice exams can be taken onsite with no advance scheduling.
Why am I unable to schedule a lab-based exam for my preferred time slot?
Each exam time slot has a limited number of spots. If you are not able to book for your preferred time slot, it is likely full.
Where can I review my lab-based exam time slot details after scheduling?
Your onsite exam appointment will be visible in the "My Exams'' dashboard in Certiverse. Follow these instructions to find your dashboard.
Why is it asking me to log in to GitHub when creating an account?
GitHub is required to create an account and schedule the lab-based exam appointments at the conference.
