While unlikely, it is possible to encounter issues during your exam experience. If this happens, rest assured that we will help you find a positive resolution, even if you are not able to finish your scheduled exam.
If you have not connected with a proctor 30 minutes after your scheduled start time, or if you face several disconnections from the secure browser, please try closing and restarting the secure browser and connecting to your exam again.
