It is possible you might have created multiple accounts on the exam platform. If you have multiple GitHub accounts, its possible you logged in with another one, but there are simple steps to resolve this.
- Open an incognito window in your browser
- In the incognito window, navigate to this page: https://hashicorp-certifications.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049382552
- Log in using the same GitHub account you used to purchase your exam
- Check your dashboard to see if your exam appears
If you have many different GitHub accounts, you can repeat these steps with your different accounts, but be sure to close and reopen a new incognito window for each new GitHub account.
