You are about to leave HashiCorp and enter PSI's platform.
We strongly advise thoroughly reading this entire page before navigating to PSI's platform.
If you run into any issues PSI's support team cannot resolve within 30 minutes, disengage and contact us at certifications@hashicorp.com.
Failure to fully comply with our program rules as outlined in our Exam-taker Handbook can result in a forfeiture of your appointment fees. It is the test-taker's responsibility to read and comply with all rules to avoid losing their appointment fees.

Recertification
If you have earned a credential, DO NOT recertify at this time. Our system is not set up to allow re-certification, and we have extended all credentials to offset the impact of this delay.
Account Creation and Logging In
When you first visit PSI's platform, you will need to create your account using your GitHub credentials. Before logging in, be sure the primary email address in your GitHub account matches your preferred inbox, and ensure you are logged in with that GitHub account when accessing our exam portal. Your appointments will be associated with your GitHub account, make sure you are using the intended one each time. Every time you purchase an exam on PSI's platform, it will pull the primary email address from GitHub as your contact email for your appointment.
Both "name" fields on account creation must have at least 2 characters. If your name(s) are less than 2 characters, enter periods ( . ) to fill the extra space.
System Requirements
You must join your appointment with a personal computer, not one under administrative control (no work or public computers). Failure to adhere to this can result in a refusal of entry to your appointment and forfeiture of your exam fees. Learn more about our system requirements here.
Identification
Your proctor will verify your identity through matching your appearance to the photo on your ID, and your name on your ID to the name on your PSI account. The name on your ID must match the name on your PSI account exactly. Failure to review and abide by the guidelines in this article may result in denial of entry to your appointment, and forfeiture of your exam fees. Learn more about our ID requirements here.
If the name on your ID is incorrect or if showing ID will be problematic for any reason, contact us at least 3 business days before your scheduled appointment.
